Cannot hear the other party

during hands free calls, or

cannot hear the ringtone

from this unit.

Check the supported

Bluetooth

profile. Please use a

Bluetooth

device that supports HFP or HSP.

Check whether the audio output setting for the

Bluetooth

device

that is connected with this unit is set to this unit. If not, set it to this

unit. For directions on how to do the setting, please refer to the

operating manual for the

Bluetooth

capable device.

Check that the volume of the

Bluetooth

device that is connected

with this unit is not set to low. If so, please turn the volume up.

If the situation does not improve after performing the above,

disconnect the

Bluetooth

device from this unit, and reconnect.
