Switching power ON/OFF
Switching power ON
When using the IP BUS mode
1 Switch the display image source to this
product.
For details, refer to the manual of the con-
nected unit.
2 Press SOURCE on the head unit.
Press repeatedly until source DVD is selected.
For details, refer to the manual of the con-
nected unit.
When using the STAND ALONE mode
1 Switch the display image source to this
product.
For details, refer to the manual of the con-
nected unit.
2 Press POWER.
Power to this product switches ON and the
power indicator lights.
Note
With some discs, a menu may be displayed.
(Refer to Operating the DVD menu on page 17.)
Switching power OFF
When using the IP BUS mode
% Press and hold SOURCE on the head
unit.
# When you have switched the power of this
unit ON by pressing POWER, turning the head
unit OFF can not switch this unit OFF.
Note
When you have switched the power of this unit
ON by pressing POWER, be sure not to forget to
switch the power of this unit OFF.
When using a rear display in the
IP BUS mode
! Even if the source selected with the head
unit is not source DVD, if you switch power
to this product ON with POWER, you can
watch the DVD picture from this product
on the rear display.
! Regardless of whether the head unit is
switched ON/OFF, you can switch power to
this product ON/OFF.
When using the STAND ALONE mode
% Press POWER.
Power to this product switches OFF and the
power indicator goes out.
Loading/Ejecting discs
Loading a disc
Up to six discs can be stored into this unit.
Each disc is stored in each disc holder allow-
ing you to specify a holder for loading a disc.
1 Press one of the 16 buttons on the
DVD player to select the holder you want
to insert a disc in.
Each of the disc holders has corresponding in-
dicator. The indicator shows status of the disc
and holder as the table below.

The holder is empty. Does not light.
