3 Press STANDARD.
If the source is Dolby Digital, DTS or Dolby
Surround encoded, the proper decoding format
will automatically be selected and shows in the
display.
If you are listening to a two channel source,
each press changes the display as follows:
Pro Logic
Pro Logic II Movie
Pro Logic
II Music
NEO:6
Music*
NEO:6
Cinema*

each mode.
4 Start playback of the component you
selected in step 1.
Using Stereo/Direct
When you select STEREO or DIRECT, you will
hear the source through just the front left and
right speakers (and possibly your subwoofer
depending on your speaker settings). Dolby
Digital and DTS multichannel sources are
downmixed to stereo. See page 53 for more on
these modes.
• Press STEREO (STEREO/DIRECT on the
front panel) repeatedly to switch between
the two options.

Schritt 1 gewählten Komponente.
Verwendung von Stereo/Direct
Wenn Sie STEREO oder DIRECT wählen, hören
Sie die Signalquelle nur aus den Front-
Lautsprechern links und rechts (und je nach
Ihren Lautsprechereinstellungen
möglicherweise aus dem Subwoofer). Dolby
Digital und DTS Mehrkanal-Signalquellen
werden auf Stereo heruntergemischt. Auf Seite
53 finden Sie weitere Informationen über die
einzelnen Modi.
• Drücken Sie wiederholt auf STEREO
(STEREO/DIRECT an der Frontplatte), um
zwischen den zwei Optionen zu schalten.
