Naming station presets
For easier identification, you can name your station
presets.
1 Recall the station preset you want to
name.
See Listening to station presets on the previous page for
how to do this.
2 Press SYSTEM MENU and select TUNER
MENU.
TUNER MENU
• Change menu options using the 2 and 3 buttons.
Press
ENTER to select the currently displayed option.
3 Select STATION NAME from the tuner
menu.

• Change menu options using the 2 and 3 buttons.
Press
ENTER to select the currently displayed option.
4 Press DISP/CHARACTER to change the
character set.
You can switch between alphabet (upper case), alphabet
(lower case), numbers and symbols.
5 Use the 5 and ∞ buttons to change the
displayed character; press ENTER to
select it.

• Press CLR to clear a character.
• Use the 2 and 3 buttons to move the cursor in the
display.
• You can also use the number buttons to select
characters. See the diagram on page 32 for which
buttons correspond to which characters.
6 Enter the rest of the station name in the
same way.
7 When you’re done, press SYSTEM MENU
to exit.
Pour nommer des stations préréglées
Pour identifier plus facilement les stations préréglées,
vous pouvez leur donner un nom.
1 Rappelez la station préréglée à laquelle
vous souhaitez donner un nom.

2 Appuyez sur SYSTEM MENU et
sélectionnez TUNER MENU.

2 et 3. Appuyez sur
ENTER pour sélectionner l’option
actuellement affichée.
3 Sélectionnez STATION NAME sur le menu
du tuner.

ENTER pour sélectionner l’option
actuellement affichée.
4 Appuyez sur DISP/CHARACTER pour
changer le caractère réglé.
Vous pouvez commuter parmi l’alphabet (majuscules),
l’alphabet (minuscules), les numéros et les symboles.
5 Utilisez les touches 5 et ∞ pour changer
le caractère affiché ; appuyez sur ENTER
pour le sélectionner.

• Appuyez sur CLR pour supprimer un caractère.
• Utilisez les touches 2 et 3 pour déplacer le curseur
sur l’affichage.
• Vous pouvez également utiliser les touches
numérotées pour sélectionner des caractères. Voir le
diagramme à la page 32 pour savoir quelles touches
correspondent à quels caractères.
6 Saisissez le reste du nom de la station de
la même manière.
7 Après quoi, appuyez sur SYSTEM MENU
pour quitter le mode.
